Here at Casa del Reed we’ve been on a running program I like to call the Bataan Death March. When I’m not actually physically running, it’s called “Couch to 5k” and it’s a great program of gradually stepped up workouts designed to train your body to be able to run three miles, all at once, without even a Rottweiler chasing you.
