Reed Family Word of the Week

Reed Family Word of the Week

Pooptastrophe: A traumatic event or accident involving a preschooler or any child out of diapers and “number two.”

As in, “Robbie had a pooptastrophe at the triathlon when he used the port-a-potty. ”

No one knows what went wrong but I am told his hands were covered with the evidence when he eventually poked his head out the door to ask for help. Both his mother and the nearest sink were about 100 feet away – in opposite directions.

Shannon, I owe you big time.

LOL! That is the perfect word for it! I am still wondering how he got poop in the places he did! I am just so happy there was an actual sink for him to wash his hands in!

Thank goodness you didn’t miss Toby’s big finish! 🙂

Oh and I must add that Robbie’s reaction to what had happened was the best! Poor kid was so worried about how it was going to flush, and WHY DID SOMEONE PUT A BANANA PEEL IN THE TOILET???!! And PLEASE don’t forget it’s on my underwear!!! Me…ROBBIE DON’T TOUCH ANYTHING! LOL! He is such a funny kid!

He’s quite particular about anything getting on his clothes.
